WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm PST ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day.
Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Most likely, yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart and select "Begin Checkout." In the "Shipping address" section, select the "Country" drop-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then you can go ahead and place an order. If your country is not included, then unfortunately, we don't ship to you.
WHY WAS I CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES?
Any international orders processed using Standard shipping methods may incur customs and additional fees. We know that the customs office is not a fun place, but we need to follow their rules and fill out all customs forms properly by marking the package correctly and including the value of your goods.
